Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I got into it at my hotel room she smacked me 2 times in the face I swang a cloth belt like 4 Times wile sitting on the bed.she left the cops came hours later and treated me like I was a monster THIS is the only thing thu all this I was asked,Did you hit her?.and mind you she told them she hit me I said no bailed out the next day not allowed go home use the car we lease together.2 days later I get injunction with all kinds of stuff that's not true and I was our SON Derek caregiver she and I text her after theworked and slept that's it so when I lost my job in February I took Care of him him all day worked all day we lost our house so she went to stay with her parents and I went to the hotel I drank quiet abit by now but never violent just real,we seen each outher even had sex but I was overwhelmed and stressed had my.depression I'm homeless can't focus on working she told me that she was gona.drop the injunction I signed a order with out admittance,only because I was overwhelmed also they kept saying I could see Derek well I text her a couple times I thought we could have some contact she had me arrested.again and the judge was a jerk and 5x my bond and still never my side now I'm looking at year's IN prison because my original charge was simple battery now it's a 3rd Felony now I'm served with divorce order she wants everything and I get no rights just like in this whole thing I don't have money and actually I don't have nothing AND she's not telling the truth and they won't hear my side what can I do

1. Actions have consequences. Do what judge tells you.

2. Get ready for a year's vacation on a high carb diet. Don't be surprised if the judge puts you on five year's probation after jail.

3. Wife may sue for divorce while you are inside and cannot appear for court. She may claim all property and sole custody of the minor children. You are still responsible for child support even while in prison.

4. If you haven't thought of it you need an attorney ASAP.
