Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I went before a magistrate on a final hearing and he signed off on the agreements. Isn't that considered the Temp Court Order that both parties have to abide by?

No. The court must approve.

The court has to approve the magistrate report then it becomes an order.
