my wife and I are getting a simple dissolution of marriage the house was bought in my name only but she did sign some of the closing paperwork she doesn't want the house but could she in the future after the divorce sue for any part of the house

If you bought the house while you were married, the equity in the house is half hers if she wants to claim it. But she needs to make the claim before the divorce is final.
