Legal Question
Can I (employee) quit my job while on FMLA. My doctor states I need to look for a desk job due to my knees. My human resource dept. states I cannot go on interviews while on FMLA. There is a good position I would like to apply and interview with but don't understand if it's legal. I have funds to live on while searching for another job. Thank you
