Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

If, while on FMLA, can your employer change your job duties, position description, title and office space? Permanent employee not on probation. Upon return to work was told my position would change and I would no longer have the same duties and position description. HR has told me this will required me to not only go back on probation for one year but will require a title change. No salary compensation. I was the last in the office of over 100 people to find out as this was discussed and voted upon in a department head meeting. Please advise.
