fmla exhausted with a work injury

I had fmla and I had a work injured, my case since the start of my accident was conducted wrongly

There are not enough facts to provide any advice to you. If you had a work related injury, you have remedies under workers compensation.

You can be on Florida's Workers' Compensation and FMLA leave at the same time. It is unclear why you feel that your case has been handled improperly. I would suggest that you speak with your attorney or contact a Workers' Comp/Employment attorney to discuss this matter.

FMLA is only for 12 weeks. It provides employees with a protection of reinstatement of the position the employee left due to a serious health condition/birth of a child.
