If a judgment is entered against you then it is possible your wage could be garnished. The insurance company should hire an attorney on your behalf, but you may choose to hire one independently.

If your insurance coverage is sufficient to settle the claims then there shouldn't be a judgment against you.

Your name on the car title makes you responsible under Florida law. Garnishment of wages in Florida is not so simple. Garnishmnt is limited if you are head of a household. You should determine from the insurance company attorney if policy limits are sufficient to settle the case. You probably shoulld take your name off title to your brothers car anyway..
