Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have a car that me and my ex bought, she got it and I became co-owner/ co-signer, we since then divorced and she got remarried and lives in guam, I have the car, but now I can't register/sell/trade or anything to the car because she is on the registration as well as me, she won't answer me, and now my plates are about to expire, what do I do because the loan company will not change the loan even though she left and now I am the one making all the payments?

The divorce papers should have specified who owned the car. The loan company is not required to eliminate anyone who signed for the debt. The existing debt should not impact your ability to renew the plates. if the car is owned by you both, then you may need to go back to Court to get an order allowing you to title it in your name once the loan is paid off.
