This question is obviously a follow-up to one which you posted previously. The court in which you file would depend upon the amount in question. County Court jurisdiction is for all matters of $15,000.00 or less. The County Court has a Summary Procedure division which is often called small claims court. It is for matters of less than $5,000.00. All matters involving amounts greater than $15,000.00 must be filed in the Circuit Court. This would all be apparent if you viewed the site of the clerk of the court in your county.

civil, county court unless the value of the items is worth more than $15,000 -- then you need civil circuit court.

The clerk at the ciounty court house will have forms that can probably be filled out to bring the claim.
