Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If I am my fathers ONLY child and he had NO living will and WAS NOT married at time of his death , am I entiled to his monies he has in his estates such as but not limited to his retirement. And how would I go about amd finding the other polices he has in my name? Before his death he told me there was 3 more in my name but I cant seem to find them nowhere. He had a retirement with his employer he was employed at for 38 years straight. MY grandfather ( My fathers Father ) told the company I was his astranged child which is a lie because during his illness I was with him right beside him until the day he passed away. I even stayed with my grandfather( the one who told retirement I was astranged) PLEASE HELP !!!!!

You would need to hire an attorney and file a probate Estate. The issue is whether he had a will NOT a living will, they are two different legal documents. If he died without a last will and testament you would be his beneficiary by intestacy law.
