filming in school

is it legal for a student to film her classes and classmates and teachers without anyone's consent? especialy if she has to hide the camera cuz they don't allow it in the school?

The short answer is the student has exposed herself to some risk. She might be in violation of school rules, and may be subject to legal action if she uses the video in any future manner; however, the issue for anyone else is what to do about it? The student should be counseled not to do this in the future, and to turn over the recordings. No harm, no foul. If there are damages to you or anyone in the future, there may be a bigger problem for her to face.
