Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

if you were illegally sentenced to prison time beyond the guide line structure,,,would that be considered or could be raised in a civil court room.

If you mean by some claim of legal malpractice, probably not. In Florida, you must prove actual innocence to sue a criminal lawyer for malpractice. Dumb law, in my opinion, but it is the law.
