Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Imugning actionable in this scenario?

Thanks for response.

Here is the Scenario:

Religious organization impugn to members that wishe to no longer be recognized as a member( for ethical reasons and make no church violations) in published materials that anyone wanting to leave ( the religion on their own) for whatever reason are to be viewed as the antichrist, immoral, ungodly, unchristian and condemned to death. And since they are to be viewed that way members are to shun them as such labels.

Are there any legal implications to persue in this?

Re: Imugning actionable in this scenario?

Nope. The church can tell its members not to associate with whomever they want to.
