Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Live in Jacksonville, FL. Am in process of filing counter complaint to civil court complaint acting pro se. Can not determine if summons needs to be filed or how summons needs to be served? As individual acting as own representation how does one find server or is it part of court filing? ANSWERED - THANKS!!!!!

Follow up question (last one) Counter Claim planning on being mailed to Defendant via singed registered mail. Can office address be used as Defendant lives alone and no one at residence to sign. The company she works for is large enough to handle receipt.

Now you indicate a counter claim against Defendant? is it the original plaintiff and now Counter Defendant? The individual if Plaintiff originally had to give you an address you needed to use to send pleadings to the plaintiff. use that address. Again this assumes you have a current right to file the counter claim now.
