Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I lost in a civil case and ended up owing a judgment to a person who has since died. I have not payed judgment. The person had a living trust which I assume became irrevocable at his death. My question is what happens to the judgment (which appears on my credit report) Am I legally responsible to pay it to the trust?

You remain responsible to whoever owns the judgement to pay it.
