Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I'm on probation and I made payments via the public defender office well they sent payment of to jpay in fl and 3 of my payments never made it because someone cashed them what can I do

Contact whoever made those payments and provide them copies of the improperly endorsed checks. They should be able to claim those funds back from the endorsers or the banks where they were deposited.
