Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Property access

In an HOA, I know the maintenance staff can enter my property for the purpose of proving needed maintenance or repair. Do they have the right to arbitrarily enter my property on golf carts to simply look for possible ''Association'' violations?

Thank you.

Re: Property access

What Mr. Wagner said, plus, most likely yes. So long as they are not entering the residence without notification, or causing damage to the property.

However, you really need to read the HOA docs to determine who has what rights.

Check the written HOA documents. It will describe inspection rights.
