We sold our home with a close date of 7/23, inspection revealed WDO. Buyers want the house tented, we agreed, Home can not be scheduled until after closing, monies out in escrow foe the cost of tenting, Because its after the close, is the seller liable for any damage caused to the roof or landscaping caused by tenting

Your contract controls the damages which are the sellers responsibility. Hire an attorney to assist and write the escrow terms.
