Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
I'm pregnant. At my first doc visit I told them my blod type, no need to test for hiv/aids, no need to test for std's, and no need to test for t-sachs or any other jewish genetic disorder, this was all done during my first pregnancy & i know i don't have any of them. They ran those tests anyway and stuck me with about 1700.00 worth of lab bills. I don't remember signing anything for these tests. Do i have to pay the bill?

Not if you did not ask for or agree to the tests.
