Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Adjust of Status for illegals

I am a head of a family of five people living in the US. I am a permanent resident, but my wife and my three daughters are now out of status. My daughters are all unmarried and over 21.

Is a future section 245(i)restoration our only hope?

Re: Adjust of Status for illegals

At this time, you may be able to apply for your wife to normalize her status. However, until there is another 245(i) your children will need to look at other immigration options. It is unclear if there will be another 245(i) in the near future.

You don't give enough information to fully answer your question. You may want to consult with an attorney for an hour to fully determine your options. Much will depend upon how and when your faimly came to the US. If you would like, you may contact my office by telephone or email.

My best wishes.
