Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I brought my wife here 1 1/2 year ago from the Philippines on a fiance visa and married. I thought it was legitimate marriage. she left me 2 months ago to the state of Minnesota and stayed with a friend of hers that is under investigation for immigration visa fraud. My wife said in a letter she wanted her old life back to party and to be free in the usa. She took our daughter with her and was going to send our daughter to the Philippines with my wifes parents. we do have one 4 year old daughter together that the courts in florida have already ordered returned to florida and will stay in the usa. She has made it clear to me that she only used me to get to the usa. i have just found out also that she is prostituting herself for money to fight me in court for our daughter seeing she can get a job legally. my wife never got her AOS. so she doesn't have any legal documents to stay in the usa according to USCIS her visa is expired also. USCIS told me to report her to ICE which has been done. USCIS told me she is in illegal status. It has been over 2 months now and she has moved twice which I have updated ICE on and she has still not been picked up. ICE knows where she is and has all the information and proof of her illegal status now. What can I do to help get her deportation process started and get her out of here seeing she only used me to come to the usa? I was told that the CBP also can arrest illegals and deport them is that true? If so should I contact them also?

There is nothing further you can do. CBP can detain at the border or port of entry. ICE is the proper authority to apprehend her, if they choose to do so.
