Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My Chinese spouse entered US 01/14/2014 as permanent resident. We were married 02/14/2011. Spoken English is ok and has never been away from the US for more than 3 months.

When will she qualify for US citizenship?

If you are a United States citizen, your spouse must have continuously resided in the United States after becoming a Lawful Permanent Resident for at least three years immediately preceding the date of filing the naturalization application and must have lived in marital union with you for at least those three years. Your spouse must establish that she meets the following criteria, among others, in order to qualify: have been physically present in the United States for at least 18 months (548 days) out of the three years immediately preceding the date of filing the application and demonstrate an understanding of the English language, including an ability to read, write, and speak words in ordinary usage. Your spouse may qualify to become a citizen in January 2017, but I recommend that you consult face to face with a qualified immigration lawyer to make sure before you file.
