Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have immigration case (thru marriage) open since January 2010.

I had a two interview with separations, but I still not have any answers. Also in 2014 My daughter (citizen of USA) request green card for me and case was sent to local immigration office and is pending since February 2015. What can I do? Thanks

You can schedule an InfoPass appointment on the marriage case, but your case is probably with the marriage fraud unit, so you probably won't get anywhere. You will probably need to hire an attorney to file a Writ of Mandamus, but that is usually costly. Unfortunately, there aren't too many options in your situation.

As far as your daughter's petition goes, your case is probably being delayed due to your pending adjustment of status based on marriage. You cannot have two pending I-485s.
