Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have been an an LPR for more than 15 years, I filed form N-470 three years ago and it is still pending it was accepted, they sent me a notice of acceptance and I went abroad to work for the U.S government. I called USCIS and they say it is proccessing; it is within the legal time frame.

Can I petition for my son using form I-130 I am in a rush because he will be 21 years shortly.
