Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have been married for a little over than 3years,i did had my temporary green who did expired,and i did reaply for the unconditional residence status before the 90 days of the expiration date.I have now a biometric appointment schedule for next week...i was wondering if the immigration will ask for a second interview with me and my husband in order to give the permanent green card,and what happend if my husband divorce before i receive the permanent green card??

They likely will ask for a second interview with you and your husband. The biometric appointment will be for fingerprints. If you divorce your husband before the interview or before you receive the green card, it may be possible that you will not be able to obtain it. In this case you may need to file again to seek a waiver to remove the conditions. This will be filed by you as soon as you are divorced.
