Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I'm renewing my green card and Im being asked Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or Adjustment of Status. Im 38 and my green card says I've been a resident since 1977. My mom is mentally ill and she doesn't know where she applied for immigrant visa or adjustment status. Since I entered the country at eleven months old I have no idea. My mom was a green card holder when I became a legal US Resident. My green card category is NA3. What will happen if I just put the US Embassy in Bogota and it's the wrong answer?
