"i was in usa for 3 yrs till 2010. i was on ship visa due to fraudelent agent landed up on land to work . now i am working in india and plannig to apply for abroad country .but i will require usa pcc . i dont have any criminal record in usa . to my knowledge pcc is obtained from fbi services. a great help require to whether i will be able to obtain pcc .and if yes wht do i need to do ...
