Hi. This is the crossover between criminal law and immigration law that requires specialized knowledge and experience in deciding on a course of action. To ensure the best result for your wife, you really need to hire a lawyer so that he or she can review your wife's immigration history, review your wife's criminal history and review your current family circumstances to properly present a pathway to status. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like but without hesitation, now is the time to hire a lawyer.
