Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I got in an accident 7/5/14 i was not at fault. The other drivers insurance examined my car wich was a total loss. Now theyre only offering me 3511.74 but when i got my car the total was over 11,000 because it was financed, so i still owed my dealerahip over 4 grand. I had full coverage on my car but since the other insurance said it had a "salvage tittle" wich i never knew about, so now theyre only offering me the 3500 and i feel like im being done wrong somewherw in that because if i dont have my car im not gonna be able to get to my job and will end up loosing my job so please any help would be great.

The value of the car on the date of accident is the measure.you can fight it but it can be costly. Seek some legal advice with your actual paperwork.
