Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

my rights regarding my child

i have a 14 year old child that lived with her mom until may 2000. un happy with her mom she came and lived with me. i went to the courts with great expense

and got custody of her. the first time i disciplined

her for slipping out of the house at night. she went back to her mom. she lived with me only 3 months. her mom cannot control her now and she wants to live with her aunt. she refuses to live with me. what can i do? i want her aunt to accept full responsibility for her. can this be done through a guardian contract or can they adopt her. i don't want to be responsible for her. it's just a matter of time before she gets into serious trouble. tell me my rights. her mom won't

take her back from her aunt. will i have to take her if this does not work out with her aunt. i don't

want to be responsible for her actions.

Re: my rights regarding my child

if you are the custodial parent and cannot control her you might visit your local family court and sign a complaint regarding her delinquency or out of control child. counseling might be helpful.
