my employer has taken 2 months worth of blue cross payment out of my weekly pay since 01/15/2010 for insurance that was supposed to become effective02/01/2010 I got a card from blue cross then a letter saying the group policy had been terminated since 01/01/2010. what can I do?

talk to your employer and see if it is simply a clerical error. These things do happen, especially if the company recently changed policies. They could have coded your payments with the old policy information.

Talk to your employer to see if you can get this resolved. If there is truly no insurance coverage then you are entitled to a refund for the premium they deducted, adjusted for any tax you may not have paid on the premium.
