Forced vacation
Can an employer force you to take a vacation, and use your paid vacation time just because he is going on one?
Can he force you to take time off when he is off, without pay even if your office is open?

Florida does not have a law on vacation benefits for private employers. As a result, each situation depends on the policy or practice of the employer and what they choose, even if it may be unfair from your perpsective.
