I have received a right to sue letter fromm the eeoc. I work for a small florida city and filed a complaint regarding discrimination based on gender. What are the chances of getting an attormney to take my case on a contingency fee basis?

Depending on the circumstances I would say that if you find an attorney to take the case it would be on a contingency basis. You should start trying to find one that you are comfortable with.
