Small Claims Vacation Pay Matter

I am suing my former employer in SCC for my accrued Vac Pay not paid when I left. Sched for trial 1/16/07. I sent the subpoena to the office manager for her to appear with listed documents. I think I was supposed to send it to their lawyer though. Should I send another subpoena to the lawyer?
