Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I got in a vehicle accident inwhich i was severely injured (not during work). I returned to work on light duty. in december they released me without any notice because they said i was a insurance risk. can they do that. i have been with the company for 25 years and was a driver for them.

Yes. They can decide to let you go because you have increased their liability exposure or risk on account of your driving problems.
