Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was working for a japanese restaraunt as a habatchi cook and I was working 12 hr shifts 6 days a week.I approx work 276 hrs for that mth. I was let go of my job because the owners wife does not like me thats what her husband texted me on the phone. I had a prior confrantion with her when her husband had asked me to do something I was doing it and she started screaming at me and shoving me. I have not gotten paid what rights do I have?
