Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

3 day notice I hope properly written/served 03/24/14 on people in my house that where I keep a room at end of house while in town. A bedrm/bath, and private entry. I was leaving to bury my mother, my better judgment out the window. They have no lease, paid no money to come in, have no key, they have other people staying in house, have drunken parties, smoke inside, turn off utilities, threaten me, their guests threaten me with slip and fall, say they will sue me, it goes on, it's insane. The peaceful house on the river is no more. I felt so sorry for them, 1 a frail 77yr old man. Police think I fell for a professional squatter story from them. They say they'll go 03/03/14. I let them in 03/02/14 and left to S Fl. for a week, it's been a mess since. I can't afford a lawyer. 03/28/14 I'll give the court the papers I printed from clerks office for the rent only (1,150.), what do I do about the money owed for utilities, damages and if they are here on the 3rd. may I sue for that month also, Do I wait to do this part after they leave if they leave that day.. Is there an attorney near Lakeshore 32210 that may take a look at this & advise me for a minimal amount? Thankx for any helpful thoughts in advance, Kim
