apartment rental

i have a question about renting apartments for 1-2 months at a time during busy season.do i have to get a seperate license for this its just a couple of apartments.also do i have to charge tax to the tenant if they are staying just for a couple of months? please advise.

Yes, Florida law requires that tax be charged on any rental for 6 months or less.
