board member demanded me to open door, there was no fire, flood or smoke ,I am in condo an renter, what can I do? THIS WAS DONE OM PURPOSE.

You can say no, but I would clarify what the purpose of the visit is before denying access. Speak to your landlord about the incident. It was done on purpose for what end result? more facts are needed to assist you.
