Legal Question
my boyfriend shared an apartment with a roommate my boyfriend signed the lease over when he moved out as requested by the roommate now she wants to him to pay her because she lost the apartment due to failure of payment.. can she do this shes gotten 1200 from him already even though the lease was tranfered to her?
