Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Boyfriends roommate threatens to call the police on me if I show up at their house, because he has decides he doesn't want me there anymore so he says he has trespassed me, not to my face but has told my boyfriend. His roommate has no viable cause to trespass me other than the fact that he just doesn't want me there for his own selfish reasons. This guy is a power hungry, his way all the time type of person. My boyfriend is also on the lease as well. If I still go to the house, and stayed a night over with my boyfriend, and his roommate called the cops, can I be at risk of getting in trouble or taken off the property just because his roommate does not give permission for me to be there but my boyfriend does?

You likely won't have a criminal problem but you can be excluded from

The premises. Work it out with your boyfriend and his roommate.
