Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I had a car in yard of a house I was renting, and the landlord came and took car, and she said the law says if she owns the property she has right to take it. Is this true?

You do not give enough facts. In most cases the landlord can not take a vehicle that belongs to their tenant. If that were the case there would be no renters. There may be facts which were left out of your description that may give the landlord the right to remove the vehicle, but in most cases a landlord can not remove a tenant's personal property from the premises just because the landlord wants to.
