Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

The dates and amounts on eviction papers are not the same on 3 day notice.....3 day notice said 300.00 dated jan13..eviction papers say 200.00 mth--nov.1 jan1 and said they gave me 3 day jan12...Never paid rent on 1 always after when i get my SSDI..Live with sister and brother-inlaw Florida

The inconsistency on the papers may come back to haunt the landlord, BUT you wont get the chance to argue it unless you pay all alleged rental due to the Court registry within 5 days.
