Can I get evicted without getting a notice of eviction first due to a stipulation which has no set date only received a 24 hour notice

Sorry but this question does not make a great deal of sense. You cannot generally be evicted alone on 24 hour notice. If you entered into some stipulation agreeing to that procedure it could potentially be enforceable if there was legal consideration flowing to you. Seek some legal help with your actual facts.
