Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

eviction

i was served a 3 day pay or vacate on the last week of jan. I then was served on march 2nd from the courts that i was being sued by landlord of my property for unpaid rent and they want us out. I am suppose to respond within 5 buisness days to this letter in 4 ways. My question is that if i dont respond do they have the right to come on the 5th day and tell me and my family to leave on the spot? Or do they now have to serve another notice of some sort to tell me the day to be out? What are my options?

Re: eviction

You should file an answer to the lawsuit right now and raise any defenses you can. If you don't the landlord will move for a final judgement and have you removed.if you want assistance call me at my office.
