Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Hello,im renting apartment in Daytona beach.Apartment rented by thirdparty member, my name is not on the lease though i have payed for a screening procedure.Today i have been told by third party member that i have to leave my apartment by the end of december, i did not get any written notice. This situation has triggered my panic and attack and anxiety, i have got no place to go and i cant find nothing in this time of year. This situation has made me try to attempt suicide. Can i sue thirdparty person who

s name is on the lease or/and landlord for those actions?

You cannot sue for the emotional distress you are having. you could sue for breach of the oral lease agreement, which I assume is what exists. seek some legal help after you seek medical care.
