Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

landlords right to sue evicted tenant

is landlord entitled to sue evicted tenant for cost of restoring leased property back to the way it was before the tenant leased the property. the lease does not demand that tenant restore property and landlord knew that the building had been remodeled i.e. three stores converted into one big store. landlord now needs to reconvert property into three stores again to rent to three tenants.
