Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I need law of adverse possession help. I have been at a location for over 7yrs making improvements , maintaining the lawn, informing people that I in fact have been living there and now its to a point to where I don't know what to do about it. I would like to know if there is a way to make it stop

You did not mention taxes and other requirements under Florida law.

You should look to Florida Statutes 95.18

Copy and Paste: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search;_String=&URL=0000-0099/0095/Sections/0095.18.html

Upon reading the Statute, if you think that you meet the requirements of the statute, you should seek a Real Estate litigation attorney to review your circumstances and make sure you have established your status under Florida law.

If you have failed to take certain steps your rights will not exist.
