I need legal advice for my boyfriend throwing my belongings away and keeping my tv. Washing machine and dining table, keep sake pictures and computer printer. Also all the physical abuse he caused me.

file a small claims action against him. Get receipts if you have them still or get comparable estimates of the loss and use that amount as your claim.
