Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Is it legal to get only 2 weeks notice to move from roommate?

There are 3 roommates, all of us are on the lease and the lease is up August 31st. my other roommates already got a place and decided to go to the office and told the property owner without my knowing that we all agreed to leave the first of August, and Landlord said in that case deposit will not be refunded and now am left homeless, no where to go and told if I cannot pay rent by the 6th in full I will be evicted. How can they decide to tell the landlord to keep deposit when the amount was split between three people. I was not even present when they told the landlord all these things.

No.

If you do not want to move, advise LL you did not consent.

As long a rent is paid, he cannot legally evict.

They cannot agree for you. That said, you would need to pay the entire rental in all likelihood. I agree with Mr. Slater, discuss the matter with the landlord. Your lease agreement controls the situation as well and it needs to be reviewed.
